Working with David Vaughan on the estate sale for the contents of my parent's house was a great experience and I wholeheartedly recommend him to others needing help. First, he is a really nice guy and the interactions with him are pleasurable. Second, he knows realistically what the pricing needs to be. My parents had collected a lot of art and fine furniture and he quickly was able to separate the wheat from the chaff. Where he has questions, he does the research to get the answers. Third, he was patient. It took my sister and I a while to go through everything in the house and decide what was for sale. We never felt any pressure from David, just straight talk about when the best times to hold the sale would be. When the family ended up keeping a lot of the "wheat," David stepped up and brought in items he had collected from other estates and still made the sale happen.
